Hannah Marks (she/her) is a video producer based in Portland, Maine. In her role at the Office of the Governor of New York, she conceptualized, filmed, and edited digital campaigns designed to foster public awareness and support for statewide initiatives. Over the course of the pandemic, she developed public health campaigns that translated evolving guidelines into ads, videos, and social media graphics, and she also produced content highlighting the diversity of LGBTQ+ New Yorkers and the importance of civic efforts to create inclusive spaces.

Previously, Hannah worked with the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) as a freelance video producer, camera operator, and digital media creator, collaborating on original projects and live programming.

In addition to her professional work, Hannah’s independent projects have received festival recognition. Her short film The Six (2018), a comedic story set on the NYC subway, won both the audience and jury awards at Quickiefest.
